About the founder
Built by someone who's been on every side of it.
Neil Clarke spent years in policing, attending collisions where the immediate response is well-rehearsed but the aftermath, for the people involved, is often quiet and unclear. RCSN began as a response to that gap: an independent signposting service to make help easier to find when it is needed.
It is independent, kept up to date, and built to meet people where they are.
