People first
The person who has reached out comes before any process, partner or product. If something does not serve them, it does not happen.
The Road Collision Support Network exists because the response to a road traffic collision is well-rehearsed, but the path through the aftermath - the right charities, services and information - rarely is.
Neil spent years in policing, attending collisions where the priority of those first hours is, rightly, the immediate scene. What happens to the people involved beyond that, though, is often quieter and far less clearly mapped out.
RCSN began as a response to that gap. It is an independent signposting service: we research, produce and monitor signposting packs that point people toward relevant charities, support groups, services and information - so help is easier to find when it is needed, and harder to miss.
The Network operates as a registered trademark with the UK Intellectual Property Office, and is run independently of insurers, solicitors and other commercial parties.

RCSN is not owned by, paid by, or steered by insurers or solicitors. The support is about the person, not about a claim.
Procedures, paperwork and unfamiliar terms get a lot easier when they are explained the way a friend would explain them.
The support pack is the best place to start. It is free, tailored to your situation, and points you to the people and services that are right for you.
